This is the only real Starbucks between Boise & Pocatello, FYI. These guys ROCK though! Some of the friendliest service in Twin Falls, and you can count on a fantastic Starbucks beverage :) I do have to agree w/other yelpers that mention the minuscule parking lot, it can be crazy!! Drive thru is worth it when the parking lot is busy. Fans of Starbucks, enjoy! :)

The service here is incredible. I go on a daily basis. One time I went through quickly during my night shift at the hospital and accidently forgot my wallet. I had a purse and no wallet and the staff paid for my drink. Some really kind people and great drinks. :)

Where am I? In sub-Saharan Africa picking meat off a recently deceased cow or sitting in a Starbucks in Twin Falls. I was unable to get a final count on the # of fly's in this coffee shop, but I'm sure we have the above mentioned scenario beat. They were everywhere, including in the food and coffee preparation areas. That's pretty gross and something I hope an international chain would not accept. Plus, it took an obscene amount of time to get our order.

It is Starbucks, you go for consistency and that is what you get. You could basically leave the same review for any Starbucks. This one however was a bit short sighted because the parking lot is too small and drive thru will leave you backed into the street. Staff is always friendly and it is a nice environment inside (If you can find a seat). The moral of my review is we need another Starbucks because this one is too busy.

Ok. It's Starbucks. It's good coffee. I love Starbucks. I'm reviewing THIS particular Starbucks for one reason: the parking. The coffee itself is the very same coffee you get in Augusta, Maine, Dallas, TX, or wherever else. It's good and it's hot. And the employees inside THIS Starbucks are fantastic. But WHY did they put this Starbucks in the place where they put it (If you're not familiar do a Google Earth view of this and you'll see why). When it's busy trying to get in or out is nearly impossible. And here in Twin it seems that everyone has a HUGE Ford F-350 diesel and those people feel the need to take their truck to haul a 12oz. cup of coffee. There's another Starbucks in Target (just about 1.5 miles north). Go there if the parking lot is full. UPDATE: Dec2014. A new Starbucks opened up in the parking lot of the mall. I've never been in, but it's certainly an alternative to the SB I reviewed above.

It's a Starbucks so you know your coffee will be good and consistent every time , but oh good grief, they are sooooo slow. Seriously, sometimes I think the people in front of me might have ordered the lamb entree. Don't come here if you are in a hurry, I don't think a good latte is worth a 25 min wait in the drive thru.

My wife and I stopped by to pick up some coffee on our way out of town. We enjoy Starbucks products, but the facility is poorly managed. The floors were filthy, the flies were thick in the air, the counters were dirty.

Coffee was fresh and service was fast and friendly. But...I have never seen more flies in my life!! The flies were landing on my coffee cup, swarming around the creamer/sugar area, and I even saw a few mating on the chairs by the fireplace. A conservative estimate of 500 flies in this small space. I know it's tough to keep flies out, when you have a drive thru window, but there has to be something done about this issue. Totally ruined my visit.

It is Starbucks, so you know what you are getting. The service usually pretty slow, and the drive up line gets backed up into the street so you can't even pull in the parking lot. I like the little outdoor seating area, always a + in my book. My drinks are always good tho & it's way more convenient than going into the one in Target.

Drinks were perfect, however, the parking lot is a nightmare! Too small, congestion from the drive up and too many inconsiderate drivers. Just be prepared!

I came here while visiting my family in Idaho. It is literally the only starbucks besides the one in target...so cute. The barista's were nice and friendly. My grandparents and i all got pourover coffee which was nice. What i really like about this starbucks is that they have a fireplace...i am seriously jelly. They also have sleeve dispensers which is super cool and convinient.

I have been coming here for 2 years during the summer, they have many of the same employees, and everyone does a GREAT job!!! They must be doinf something right, because to see the same people year after year, and they all are VERY helpful and freindly, is saying something good. I like independant coffee shopps too, and go to one here in Twin Falls. But I really like this Starbucks, they get the customer service idea right on the mark. Always happy to see these guys !!!

Excellent customer service. I ordered the tomato mozzarella panini and the tomatoes were sour (definitely no good). The lady working behind the counter apologized and made me a new sandwich. She was very nice and helpful. This location is also very clean and well set up. Free wifi Convenient location Clean restrooms 4 stars!
